I really appreciated being just a few steps from the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and only a short stroll to the beautiful Wellington Botanic Garden, which made wandering through the city a delight during my stay.

Bathrooms need serious upgrades!!! If the staff could manage their interpersonal issues discreetly, that would help avoid awkward moments for guests!!! More reliable hot water and thorough cleaning are also essential improvements!!!

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the waterfront and several attractions. The room was spacious and well-decorated, which made our stay enjoyable. However, we did experience some issues with housekeeping and noise insulation from neighboring rooms. Overall, we had a good time despite the minor inconveniences.

The valet service was absolutely disastrous. I waited 20 minutes for my car after requesting it multiple times, only to find out the staff hadn't even bothered to collect it. The attitude of the staff was slack when I expressed my concerns about the service, which was infuriating. It felt like they simply didn't care about providing basic customer service at all.
